The care is outstanding as previous reviews have commented. I think the backroom people should get a mention. They are the oil in the wheels. The dispensary team are always prompt in the dispensing of medication if you leave the consultation room. Ok for an ongoing treatment there is a wait of a couple of days. That's fine by me because as a patient its my responsibility to be prompt in re-ordering my prescription. The professional and friendly service is second to none. I could go to the likes of Boots or Tesco but they wouldn't know anything about me. They don't have access to my medical records. So I want to be in a position where I know the team at my practice look after me 100%, which they do. I've now seen that there is this new thing advertised on telly called Pharmacy2U. Why would I want to go to them? It's not the same as having a relationship and trust that you've built up over the years to be knocked down for my prescription just to go to a middleman to be dispensed. No thank you. Stick to inhouse dispensary everytime, they know you, they know your family and they are there for the longhaul. Thanks dispensing team of Court Thorn. Your marvellous.

Everything was good today as usual. Always great feeling of confidence, calm and care. In our opinion this practice could not be improved.

All care is really impressive and helps me enormously. Not sure whether leaving the area - my reluctance is due, mainly, regarding this fracture - only wish that treatment will or even could be as good as here in high Hesket.

I was very impressed by promptness and flexibility of appointments and the ease of which I could contact the surgery. Staff were very thorough, efficient and had a lovely manner. I was in a very stressed condition and they were extremely understanding and considerate. I am a new patient!

GP extremely sensitive, caring and appropriate with my nearly teenage daughter spoke to me (mum) and daughter. Extremely warm and caring. Could not be improved.
